Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Took excellent care of our dog, and were mindful of how anxious he was. My cat Simba decided he was going to eat a rubber exercise band. He started to have issues with eating, drinking and puking. Took him to Fairlight Vet and he ended up having emergency surgery to remove the pieces of rubber he ate out of his intestines and bowel. The surgery was a blessing in disguise because while they were in his stomach they discovered his spleen looked abnormal and it was full of several nodules (little tumours). There was fear that it might be cancer but after his spleen came back from getting examined it was found that the nodules were benign but still good it was removed!! I’m so extremely blessed and fortunate for the amazing care Dr Anoka Gamage and her team put towards my Simba ❤️ Now he is a happy and thankful kitty. THANK YOU Fairlight Vet!!!

I called very short notice to have my dog humanely euthanized. The staff were wonderful and fit us in quickly into what I'm sure was already a full schedule. Once we arrived they were very respectful, everything was very well explained and they allowed us all the time we needed. 5 stars isn't enough. I was sure our dog was going to have to say it's good byes today. The staff here literally saved her life and I can't express my gratitude enough for the beautiful, amazing, loving and compassionate techs and assistants that work here. Thanks to them we will have more years with our beloved fur baby. We were also blown away with what needed to be done and how reasonable the price was. You can't put a price on fur baby, and what we anticipated being a 5k+ vet bill is significantly less also made it easier for us to say do what you can to save our baby. As much as I am in tears writing this, they are good tears because we get to keep our baby girl. Thank you all. You guys made us the happiest dog parents knowing she is in good hands and will.be able to come home soon. We cannot thank Fairlight vet and their staff enough. These kind folks took my girl in at 6 PM, their closing time, to assess her for an emergency after hours. They all stayed 2 hours late. Excellent team members, each of them, individually. And the bill was considerably less than I anticipated. I returned the next day for some advice and received all the peace of mind and testing required to provide that. And still surprised by the small bill. She was seen by at least 4 individuals plus a kind receptionist for around an hour. I even asked the front desk if they missed anything on the bill to be sure! Serious heros work here. And, honestly, thank you to all in this profession, at this location and abroad. If I just had to take her home afterwards and hope for the best without any advice.. My dog was injured on the head with what looked like a knife wound. He had gotten away from the yard and came back roughly 15 minutes later bleeding. I tried to call a few places, however they were fully booked. When I called this place, they were kind, understanding and got me in right away. They took amazing care of my dog and I am grateful for how fast they did it as it came in as an emergency. They were also open and what may be needed to done procedure wise, as well as estimated cost. Staff made it a comfortable visit. Very pleased and plan to bring my dog back here for his regular check ups. Thank you staff at Fairlight Vet! :) - Cheyenne & King
